A very nice stay in good hotel. Air conditioned room and friendly communication with the staff.

It has fantastic staff and location for a really really nice stay for a long time.

Interesting accommodation, welcoming staff, perfect location right on the river. The double room that we stayed in was elegant and bright.

Best place I've stayed in before due to staff and location. It was good value for cost with a beautiful decor. Also, I really enjoyed how very special the location was. Moreover, the hotel was just a pleasant stroll away from The Rosengart Collection. They had an early check-in.

My experience was real good, everything was perfect. Prime location to richard wagner museum. I really enjoyed continental breakfast, the food was good. Modern design, excellent service in the entire hotel.

my time there was memorable. it was in a fab location with a covered wooden footbridge nearby.

We loved staff and location at this venue. Marvellous view, a small balcony, spacious bed, too. It was a fine stay, you could leave a car nearby. It was a quirky hotel in a shopping area.

Actually everything was terrific. Hotel was clean. The staff were best without being intrusive. Enjoyable breakfast combined with accommodating service. You could walk to shops and the markets.

Excellant place for exploring Lucerne. Breakfast was large, room was elegant.

We truly enjoyed the warm atmosphere of the hotel. The room was separate and had a view to river. Lake Lucerne is not far from the hotel.

in an excellent position with a great lake view. the hotel has junior suite. i love eating outside and there's valentino, set within walking distance of the property. it offers friendly service too.

400 feet away there is Valentino. Within 5 mins walk to chapel bridge and in front of other tourist sites. Excellent location and appropriate prices: D

The hotel was terrific in every detail. We enjoyed the room, it was large. The great property met our needs perfectly.
